Murder 90 Degrees South

Electrical engineer Alexandra Van Zandt is hired to work a 12-month contract at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Research Station in Antarctica. Cut-off during the winter months from any way out of the isolated locale, the station is a fascinating mix of toughened tradesmen and highly educated engineers and scientists learning to live and work in the same small space, dependent on each other for survival.
When someone is murdered on the station, everyone becomes a suspect. With no police force on site, Alex battles with time to discover who did it before the station reopens to air traffic enabling the murderer to escape... and even more importantly to prove her own innocence.
