FBI Agent Bob Douglas and his partner NYPD Detective Mark Zucarelli are deep into a drug investigation. Someone is moving millions of dollars of drug money in middle of New York City under the noses of the world's best law enforcement agencies. Who is doing it? How is he getting away with it?
