Secrets A River Runs

It was a cool mountain morning. The dew was coating the leaves on the trees, the pedals of the flowers, and the blades of grass as the shallow Coal River flowed through the twisting terrain. It flowed from East to West as fishermen cast their lines and pulled them back in fly fishing. As the birds of the air, animals of the fields, and fish of the waters go about their daily habitats, there is a threat amongst them. A real hunter. A real threat to all not just the animals, but of the two legged creatures as well. Streams will become polluted with the teaming remains, the forest will be over-run by the changes and imbalances of nature, and the animals will scatter in fear. Not of each other but of an individual so evil, his own existence is called into question as to why it is allowed to continue. Who will rectify and serve justice for his wrong doings? Will it be the police, the federal agencies, or God himself? Yes, that's right, I said God. An evil of this magnitude can only be dealt with by the most powerful of forces. The strictest of enforcement must be utilized and that calls for a very powerful being. The very existence of which is questioned at times by many. At other times is cursed and at even others it is worshiped. Will this evil creation in nature be stopped by his own kind or will it take the proverbial 'bolt of lightening' to exact the justice needed to restore order, peace, and tranquility to a place once only known to be of heaven's creation? For the bears, deer, rabbits, fish and birds to run, fly and swim happy again, what is needed? Is it a correction in the balance of nature or a correction of an entity known only by his resultant actions not by any name, picture or description. His actions are like that of a ghost. He's a quiet yet lethal force that appears and disappears like the wind in the air, the calm before the storm and the peacefulness of nature. Will justice be sought of or exacted upon the evil freak of nature plaguing society with his presence? What will be his downfall? Will his own mistakes, the talent of highly trained individuals or nature itself reach out to grasp this evil by the throat and lay it to rest? Is there a relationship among the dead?
