CONFLICT IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY

Cedar Falls is a typical mid western town in transition from agriculture to an industrial oil boom. Residents are basically religious, but have serious moral problems and decadence which seemed to get worse in the last ten years for no apparent reason. As darkness pervaded the city and sins were exposed, every mountain of society including the family, education, religion, economy, government, arts, and the media were affected in an adverse way. Exposing the Gargoyles and demons of darkness
caused Buck Merriman to find new life, and begin to change the city mountain by mountain. Joe the carpenter weaves his way toward every disaster and leaves life better than he found it.
