Me: Discovering My Light

Me: Discovering My Light is a book written for children between the ages of 3 to 6. In these formative years, children learn many things through association. They learn about success and failure, even unintentionally. The vision of the author of the first book in this series is to teach children about self awareness and how the five senses work within their internal representation. By learning how to change his or her physiology through visualization and guided imagery, a child can learn to control his or her emotional state. This means that beneficial states such as peace, happiness, optimism, creativity and more are no longer dependent upon the child's external environment, but rather what they choose to focus upon internally.
