Anda's infection is farther along that even the others in the Weave suspect, but she finds comfort in the disciplines of the church where she was once an acolyte. Not everyone agrees that people like her ought to be accepted by the church, though, and the priestess's welcome draws the attention of those with much more power than a poor little church wields.
