The Oracle and The Vampire

Wilhem Walengrave is the Vampire Master of Fort Worth, but he doesn't take the job too seriously. He wakes up and finds a strange man standing over his coffin. The man the painter Sebastian, who wants to paint a portrait of the Goddess of the World's End. He then meets The Vampire Queen of America, who is worried that her Oracle is missing. She asks Wilhem to her find him.
