Square Dancing

What does one do when he or she has no idea what to do? Could it be: do what you think is right for yourself, or good for other people, like someone you love dearly who is dying? Is there such a thing as right and wrong? Could a fly zipping around a room help with that decision? Maybe not, but if the end is in sight for one, could it apply to the other as well? In many ways, life and death is nothing but a lifetime of square dancing, sometimes to music, sometimes in perfect silence. Who leads? Is there someone who leads in square dancing, or is it the Caller who moves individuals and couples around in perfect coordination? What if God is the caller? Does the dance change? When is the dance over, when the couples return to their chairs; when the music stops; when the caller stops calling? In many ways, the final dance is the best of all.
