Twin Ditzes

When considering twins, which one is the twin of the other? Is the younger the twin of the older, or is the opposite true? Ask either one, and that twin will tell you what you should know, but is it true? Isn't being a twin fun? Does the CIA like working with twins, as long as they don't work against the CIA, from the inside out, or from the outside in? Twin Ditzes could be thought of as smart, one smarter than the other, or one not as smart as the other. If you had twins working for you, and you wanted to apply your twins to fool someone else, could you be tricked, too? What if you hired one, and didn't know about the other one? When you found out, what would you do? Twins are fun; just ask them, or should it be said, ask one of them.
