Matt Rogers is your typical college student, trying his best to get through school. But one class in particular - Creative Writing - has proven especially difficult for him, made worse by a teacher who has all but failed him. Resigned to another late night re-writing his paper, Matt's life takes an unexpected turn when an alien ship lands in his back yard. Not exactly what he expects, the acerbic alien known as Stelfson offers Matt an experience of a lifetime, the opportunity to save another planet from imminent destruction.
