Jesus Christ, The True Temple of God

The Holy Scriptures record the manifestation of the glory of Jehovah at the completion of the temple which was erected under the reign of King Solomon. This book is intended to unfold that same glory revealed in the person of Jesus Christ. It is fascinating to observe how every mention of the temple throughout the scriptures contains a clear revelation by Jehovah concerning His Servant who became the High Priest, the Sacrifice and the spiritual Temple for God's people by means of the cross. The Lord Jesus himself proclaimed "Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up", thereby declaring Himself to be the ultimate fulfillment of the center of the worship of the people of God. May each of those whom Christ loved so dearly be drawn by this discussion of "the high and holy place" of God's presence into a more intimate and exciting walk with the One who came "to seek and to save that which was lost".
