The plane with the nuclear briefcase is about to leave Israeli airspace en route to have it returned, after leaving the JFK Commemorative Museum in Jerusalem, Israel. Tiara, Ryker, Kennerly, and Hoppy enjoy the fruits of their celebration and a mission accomplished, but their every move is being monitored by a vengeful Sasha.
The high-tech gypsies in the Afghani Mountains have been following the flight all too closely from their goat herder's haven. When Tiara, Ryker, Kennerly and Hoppy take the Black SUV, it is met with the 100 pounds of explosive detonated from the mountain bunker. The SUV is attacked, and the robbers dressed up as NYPD cops descend on the stricken vehicle. Kennerly admits to Tiara, Ryker, and Hoppy that part of the plan was to draw out the USA-based terrorist cell, with authorization given by the President himself.
Unbeknownst to them, their conversations are being picked up. Not only in a bunker in the Afghani mountains, but in a spacious villa overlooking the sea in West Palm Beach.
