True Colors : The War of Independence as seen through the eyes of a Homeless American Veteran

The Declaration of Independence is considered to be one of the World's greatest Masterpieces of Literature inspiring our own Liberty as well as freedom for a score of other nations who derived their own motivation for independence from its clarion call.

One would think, therefore, that the person who first suggested we declare our independence would be a veritable living legend and a household name throughout the country.

So, ask yourself one simple question.

Who first proposed we declare our independence from the British Crown?
