The Problem With Pixies

Maven wants to be an ordinary high school girl. The problem is she's a pixie stuck in a high school with a bunch of human kids and her only path to being considered normal, is a move to live with the pixie side of her family. Trouble is, she can't do that until her magic powers manifest and that doesn't seem to be happening. Afraid that she'll be stuck living as a human, Maven tries to fit in, but things don't go as planned. Just when it seems to be as bad as it gets, Maven meets the mysterious Petunia who says she has a magic ring that can bail Maven out the next time she gets into a bad situation, but the magic is subtle. When Maven finds out that her worst enemy isn't the bully on the bus, she has to wonder if subtle magic will be enough to save her from herself.
