A Society Of Good Men

ISIS simultaneously detonates nuclear bombs in seven American cities. Citizens flee major cities, fearing another promised round of nuclear attacks. Martial law is declared, as the remaining populations represent the worst parts of society. A group of government workers try to preserve their city, yet society degrades into a culture of violence, disease and death.
