Who are The Union-Nationalists of Cameroon (The Kamerunists)?

Boko Haram, the world's deadliest terrorist group in 2015 that operates in the Lake Chad Basin has brought the central African region into the limelight of the global war against terrorism dominated by Islamic fundamentalism with its jihadist strain. It has exposed the vulnerabilities of the security apparatus of Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria; and it has highlighted the inherent threats posed by the terminal malady of the autocratic systems in Cameroon and Chad.

While Popular Democracy in Nigeria and Niger has produced purposeful leaderships that are capable of rallying the people and reforming the systems in these countries to tackle the Boko Haram threat and move these countries forward; the moribund French-imposed system in Cameroon gets a kick of relevancy from the Boko Haram war, feeding off the chaos and international solidarity from terror in the region, since the world turns a blind eye to the corrupt and incompetent Biya regime and system that is making Cameroon a failed state.

So who and what forces can rescue Cameroon?

The Kamerunian Ideals and the force of its Union-Nationalism that the Biya regime and the system at large has been fighting against for six decades; pundits would say because the vast majority of Cameroonians support it and have always supported it.
