The life and times of Biblical personalities and events have left some gaps and questions between the parentheses. Why was David's mother never mentioned in scripture? Why was Joseph, Mary's husband, never mentioned in scripture after finding Jesus in the Temple talking to the elders at age twelve? Why wasn't he at the cross with Mary? The scripture refers to Jesus' four half-brothers and sisters. What was the home life like growing up? What was the childhood of John the Baptist like? He was Jesus' cousin. Was Judas' betrayal misunderstood. Was he just attempting to force Jesus to proclaim Himself the true King of the Jews after being presented to the High Priest and Pilot? The author offers some interesting suggestions and insights as to the possibilities of what might answer these, and other questions.
