Gunnar's Mate

Gunnar was a powerful Spirit Guide. Thinking he wasn't allowed a mate, he had accepted his life would be long and lonely. Finding out the rules had changed and that he could have a mate, a companion to love for eternity he was ecstatic. He could smell her but he could never find her, he knew she was a captive and she was being tortured. He prayed he could get to her before she was killed. Could he save her?
