In this book the author is thankful for his journey back to God. Living the life of a "homosexual" was a shameful lifestyle. I was reared in a christian household with mortal and principles according to God's word. My life would take downward spirals into a world of sin.
This lifestyle is widely accepted today and even praised; but in the eyesight of God it is detestable. This book tells of my journey back to God. The Word of God is against this behavior. I was fully aware of it; but never had to strength to pull away and allow God to heal me.
Being a homosexual was bondage for me, no matter how I tried to fit in; it was terrrible. Getting high or drunk was just a temporary fix. Finding myself weekend after weekend at the gay bars; realizing I would not save myself. I was born into sin, therefore the sinful nature was always at work in my life. This is the reason we must be born again.
Many of my friends in this lifestyle during that time have since died with HIV complications. I am the only surviving person from my former lifestyle. There were some that received Jesus Christ, but many rejected our Lord and Savior before their demise. My heart was very heavy when they refused to receive Christ. We have a choice. I admonish all who are bound by this lifestyle to choose Christ today before it is too late.
Today, I am free from the sin of homosexuality. My manhood was restored and everything the enemy tried to steal from God gave it back. I have been happily married for sixteen years and counting. The grandfather of seven. Currently, pastoring at God's Pentecostal Church in Tacoma, Washington. You can be free! It is my prayer that this book will bring healing, wholeness and deliverances to all who are bound.
