Young Morgan has sky blue hair and crimson eyes. Not only that, but he can do things with his hands... like summoning fire or ice?
And, come to find out, Morgan has a bounty on his head? What was his crime? What did he do?
Morgan must regain his memories and find others to aid him in his quest of being wanted and hunted. Bounty hunters from all around can spot the blue haired man and try to trade his bounty, for cash.
