Lighted Windows by Melody S. Lark

We all have baggage and Lilly is no exception. She is a 911 Operator from a broken home; she spent many nights as a child, walking her suburban streets to avoid the abuse at her house. She's taken a new position in Missoula, Montana in hopes of starting over. Nathan is the current Chief of Police in Missoula, having been hired for his extensive training as a former Army Ranger with three tours in Afghanistan. Nathan is from a large close-knit family but his PTSD is still causing him problems. Nathan and Lilly literally trip over each other at the beginning of a Montana blizzard. Baggage is just something we all deal with, but some baggage comes with deadly surprises.
