subjected to lethal discrimination and harassment in a general hospital setting. The book not only relates to the discrimination and harassment and abuses, but how it was used so horrifically and dangerously as it was applied to this woman, making her life a virtual nightmare. The woman's plight was horrible, She was treated so differently which was so flagrantly obvious. She was an American and was made the odd ball in an American institution, and yet fighting for her life in her workplace!
The book covers the legal entanglements and dealings with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission process and how she was more successful litigating the case by herself.
