Ms. Knotty's Satchel

This is a story about the adventures of a kind and friendly, although sometimes a bit quirky, lady and her lovable dog. At the beginning of the story, there's trouble when puppy mistakes Ms. Knotty's hat for a toy. The hat is ruined beyond repair, and the two of them head for town to buy a new one.
They have a wonderful time enjoying all the sights and scents along their journey, seeing old friends and making new ones. But there are also problems. Ms. Knotty has to handle crowded buses, a pouty puppy, strangers, and a very annoying feather at the hat shop.
Throughout the story, Ms. Knotty's consideration and calm manner help to solve the problems in a pleasant and agreeable way. This is a positive, uplifting story that will delight young children.
