A native of Clearwater, Florida, Shirley Rayner Bell has been the wife of Cornelius for thirty-five years and is a mother to one son, Darien. She is a graduate of St. Petersburg College and has worked for thirty-five years in the field of education. Shirley accepted the Lord in 1991 and is a dedicated member of the Lighthouse Church of Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith.
