Listening for Drums

Dr. Carrie Nelson is thrilled when a grant allows her to spend a year treating the Blackfeet Indians on a reservation near Glacier National Park. Her fiancé and father disapprove, wanting her safely back in Pennsylvania. But her new job has much to recommend it: a handsome resident surgeon, stunning scenery, a wise medicine woman, and a she-wolf.
