With life trying it's hardest to get them down, Dawn, Maddie, Karen, and Amy find themselves in need of time away from the madness. The last straw comes when Maddie gets dumped. With her friends rallying around to help mend her broken heart, Dawn thinks of the best treatment. A yoga retreat. With Maddie excited to go but Karen and Amy dreading it, the four friends set out to see if yoga really can heal all wounds.
