If You Were A Commandment

The commandments are rules
That God asks us to obey.
But how many children
Know what His rules truly say?
And even when they're taught,
Do they make the connection?
Do they truly comprehend
And understand God's affection?
God handed down His rules
To help guide us here on earth.
We must teach them to children,
So they earn a heavenly birth.
