October 31 is another frightening Halloween night, for it is Josie Bells's twenty-first birthday, the day her baby sister Angel Bells has been dreading. Josie's coming home from Safe Haven, a mental institution she's been in for the last eight years. She's coming home to start a new life in Jacksonville, Louisiana, with Grandpa and Grandma Baker.
