I created an Instagram account a year ago called Upward Focus with one simple goal: encourage at least one person a day. It turns out there is a shortage of encouragement these days! Over 7,000 people have joined the account to receive encouragement through God's Word.

We all need encouragement and I believe the best source of encouragement is the Scriptures. The Word of God transformed my life. It turned a drugged-out, hippy-wannabe, institutionalized kid into a child of God. The Bible has totally transformed my outlook and perspective, and I absolutely love it.
