Just Hear Me Out

As a young man entering college there were many things I thought I understood about God's word until I encountered brothers and sisters in Christ who challenged me to examine my ideas and thoughts with scriptural support. As I embarked on this journey, I realized that some of my views were set by traditional teachings and the world's way of thinking without scriptural support. God allowed people to come into my life to guide me in His truth as I took the time to listen and then examine for myself. My pray is the same encounter for anyone who reads this book. The call is that no matter how old or young you are in the faith it is important to understand and know what God says in His word regarding every area of your life so you abide in His will and not your own. While this book does not address every topic or dive in deeper to every subject, it touches on different areas of our life where we should evaluate our motives and actions behind why we do what we do. Just hear me out is an opportunity for me to express struggles, faults , joys and understandings as I continue to live out this walk in Christ. Before you create an opinion or perception of this book, I advise you just hear me out.
