It's Philadelphia during the holidays. Elle Stanford, a marketing executive has just lost her job and is forced to take a position way beneath her. She reluctantly accepts a sales associate's position at a black owned high-end department store, only to find out it's going under. Elle has brilliant marketing ideas, but will her manager let her try them? The one executive who can save the day is Miles Bradshaw; a man she had a tryst with years ago. But whose side is he on? The store owner's, or the entrepreneur about to buy them out? Can Elle trust him with her heart?
