Kwame and His Great Adventures

"Hey baby, how was baseball practice?" Kwame's mom asked him as he came thru the door sad. "It was bad" he replied. She then said "why is that?" "Because the other kids told me I was too much of a nerd to make the team" he then replied. "Well don't get down on yourself, go upstairs & wash up because dinner should any minute now" she said. "Ok mom" he said sadly.

 As he made his way to his room, he accidentally knocked down a time machine watch he was working on. He picked up & said "this stupid time machine watch doesn't even, none of my inventions work" as he threw the watch against the wall. As it ricocheted off the wall to the floor, a big projection flashed from the watch as if he was looking into outer space. Shocked & excited all at once he strapped the watch on his arms and took a few steps into the projection & was swallowed into time as the projection vanished. He was going back into time to the year 1947.
