Mischief, the fairy, seeks to teach a little girl named Sara, who's very shy, that she will always have friends no matter where she goes in life as long as she believes in herself and the magic of imagination. Her father is in the service, and they have to move a lot. When you believe in magic, all things are possible. You just have to believe in yourself. That is the magic.
