Only The Heart Knows

The time is 1972 and Jim Bannon has finished his duty in Viet Nam and heads to California, where he meets Karen, whom he feels is the girl of his dreams. But some shady characters intervene into their lives and threaten to ruin their plans. Other things come into play that enable Jim and Karen to move closer to what they want, as they are given a chance to overcome those working to destroy them. Along the way, you get an accurate depiction of some of the people, places and things, and how it was, in vintage Los Angeles, Beverly HIlls, and Las Vegas, in 1972 and '73.
