Always Unfortunate

Doc had it bad growing up in Norfolk, Virginia, the city they call Shark City. At the age of ten years old, Doc had seen it all: drugs, guns, and females. Doc was poor growing up. Some months their lights wasn't on and some months their water wasn't on, so he made a vow to himself he would never be broke again.
