A Red Earth Rises

Two hundred years after man first stepped foot on the Moon's dusty surface, humans have become Martians. The Areios Station is their stepping stone to a new home, where Mars's once lifeless surface now shows the first signs of life in billions of years. But those who had the foresight to leave Earth soon find that escape isn't as easy as they'd hoped. "A Red Earth Rises" recounts the struggle of the original pioneers centuries before the events of "The Aetherverse," when freedom could be seen through the lens of a telescope, but millions of miles away.
