Mirrored reflections

My wife and I have met challenges for sure

The raising of Kids, with a job for the cure

Challenges presented

Twice we gave our kids to the Lord

But he Blessed us with grace!

And now grandkids galore

Of course, came the "C" word

No one wants to hear

And a fourteen-hour operation

With three more years a blur

Now 8 years and counting all the blessings we have

My Prayers

They were answered with my wife I now share

Through the years

We have said goodbye to some friends

Yes, a sad fact

The sin of this world can't keep us from that

But in all Gods, been Faithfull

And with so much behind

It's the living ahead, that's the challenge I find

With freedom comes challenge

Not like a job

But the picture is grand with the hope from above

For sure there'll be troubles

But like the past we will find

With the Lord up above, it will all be just fine

Not sure if its life, or a challenge unknown

But for sure we will face it

But we won't be alone
