The California State License Bureau is after DKA'a license for mishandling funds. An employee who took the cash is dead and there's no doubt the whole thing is a set-up. Most everyone who can clear the company's name has vanished. A woman who left Kearney employment as a clerk for the fast money of prostitution has completely disappeared from the Bay area. Where are the witnesses and who will find them first -- the ruthless or the righteous?
