However slowly but surely I found some of my old bad foods again and the pounds started coming back. Alas, the challenge of weight-loss maintenance began – a difficult task to be sure! Now here in Two Hundred to Grapes, Part 2, I sought a new plan: a balance between healthy living and enjoying food. Because like health-food, pizza and ice cream had a place in my life too.
On this journey I discovered that real change was possible for me; I could become a healthy person. Every woman has to find what works for her. Hopefully my story can be a part of what works for you.
