What Happened to Charlie?

Chantel Ward is a graduate of Canton Jr./Sr. High School and has tried college eight times. She writes letters to the editor for the Williamsport Sun Gazette ranging from cancer awareness and prevention to human traffaking to AIDS. She volunteers at AIDS Resource and a supporter of AIDS World Day. A member of Lung Force where helps raise awareness of lung diseases including lung cancer and support the Great American Smoke Out Day. She lives in Williamsport, PA.
