Voices from the Field: A Step-by-Step Users Guide for the Completion of Dissertation Qualitative Research

Ex-gang members "Voices from the Field" captures critical information for both police and the helping professions in our efforts to prevent crime and incarceration of adolescent and young adult males.
Although the young men involved in this study were all Hispanic, their voices speak eloquently for all young males seeking family, a safe place to belong, to be valued and to thrive. It is to the writer's great credit that he was able to create a healing haven for them. We can learn a great deal if we listen.
