No born-again believer has to walk in defeat. You can walk in victory. The saved life is not a defeated life. It is a successful life. God says something very insightful in Hosea 4:6. He says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." This lets us know that knowledge is powerful. Without knowledge, you can be destroyed. Without knowledge, you can be messed up. Without knowledge, it is indeed possible to fall and to fail. Without knowledge, it is possible to live a defeated life instead of a successful saved life.
