The Body Suit Changer

A couple of months ago my girlfriend and I found a Kickstarter campaign for a body suit that was supposed to be able to change you into what or whom, ever you wanted to be. They were only asking for a one-hundred-dollar investment and you would be one of the first people to get the suit when it was ready. Based on what they said you put on the suit and before you pull the head piece over you just picture in your mind what you want to be. For every one-hundred you invest you get one suit.

At the time my girlfriend and I were looking for something to spice up life so I made an investment for two suits and didn't think anything more about it. I told Angela about it at dinner that night and all she could do was laugh saying "No body will be able to do that. Make you into who or what you want to be? Does it have to be sentient?" I understood her skepticism and in some ways shared it but it was only a couple hundred and with my inheritance being more than enough to keep us going beyond our twilight years if figured what the heck.

"Why would anyone want to change into something that couldn't think?" I asked her with a smile. That made her stop for a moment and admit it would be silly. That is as far as it went, neither of us expected anything else to come of it. To my surprise, I got a knock on the door this morning from UPS with a package from the very same company.

Angela was upstairs packing for our vacation so I took the box up. "Hey, guess what just arrived." She stopped and looked at me confused trying to remember if she ordered anything that was supposed to arrive. After a moment, she walked over to look at the label on the box, "Is that, that Kickstarter you invested in?"
