When Amelia and her friends buy balloons from a mysterious stand at a festival, they don't think much of it. Over the next few days, though, several kids show up to school with strange markings on their face, and other kids' heads are inflating like balloons! Will Amelia be able to reverse the balloon magic before everyone in school loses their head?
