THE BRAVE AND THE FAITHFUL

As settlers poured west they brought with them a determination never before seen in any settlement of new lands before. They also brought with them their families, proving they planned to stay. They had a bravery never before matched in any other land. They also had a desire for freedom. These stories are about some of these people. Mostly they were ordinary people called upon to perform extraordinary feats of valor for them and their love ones to survive. They did it well. They set the standards for the foundation of our nation, the greatest on the face of the earth. Oh, yes. They brought something else with them. They brought Jesus Christ, and that made all the difference
