The Ten Gates: Lessons from the book "Nothing to it" with Brother Phap Hai

"The Ten Gates," with Brother Phap Hai, is taken from a 12-week course: Dharma from Deer Park Monastery, a meditation practice center in the tradition of the Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. The course consists of twelve weekly sessions, each on a different theme and suggested reflections and exercises for us to practice. It is up to you whether you enjoy this course as an individual practitioner, or together with some friends on the path.
