Two Kinds of Uncertainty

There are two very different kinds of uncertainty; there is what we might call `objective¿ uncertainty - uncertainty about the reality of some state of affairs or event.

And there is `subjective¿ uncertainty¿uncertainty about one¿s ability or willingness to make the changes demanded to oneself by some objective state of affairs.
