Janine Day is devastated when her fourteen-year-old daughter commits suicide after being sexually assaulted by a man she first met in a chat room on the Internet. Jan decides that the law and the courts aren't doing enough to stop these vicious criminals from preying on gullible teenagers, so she seeks her own justice.
