Thank you for considering the Reality Check Boot Camp Evidence-based Series that we hope will provide all of what it is intended to do for you.

This is not your typical textbook course or curriculum where you are obligated to sit through a domestic violence lecture that ends in testing. I encourage you to think of it as a useful study series tool that is a part of an intimate experience driven by you that includes; family, friends, newly found friends or colleagues. Which will help initiate conversations centered around domestic violence.

In short, this series provides empowering and intervention components, packaged with an effective and creative approach. This method will assist anyone to address sensitive topics that may otherwise be difficult to confront - all in a uniquely structured format.

Its intentional design is to help relax & empower participants as they peruse through its user friendly guided process. This program can be enjoyed with any group of women as a collective learning experience or assigned a designated instructor • it is simply up to you and your participants.

These materials are implemented in session increments that are orchestrated by you, flexible enough to use all or part of each session, depending on the direction of your conversations, at your own pace and in your own time. No prior teaching experience necessary, however this tool can be a useful essential for any practicing therapist or counselor.

The goal is to take you and those who participant, on a journey that explores the process of healing, coping and growing beyond the traumatic experiences of domestic violence, to discover a pathway to healing and recovery through empowering and intervention solutions.
