The Old Testament in Seven Sentences: A Small Introduction to a Vast Topic

When Cadet Cambell Bluit stepped on board the Federation Spaceship Odysseus to embark on long expedition into the far Cosmos he did not imagine he would end the cruise to Planet Cimarron in command seeking survivors the spaceship left stranded there many years earlier. Finding them was easier than affecting a rescue since three of them had integrated themselves into the lives inhabitants found there and had taken a control of its administration after Letitia Arran, leader of the stranded crew, saved its king from being assassinated in a leadership coup. She marries him, declares herself a goddess, and declares that she has no intention of returning to Planet Earth should a rescue attempt be mounted to save them. Cambell Bluit joins her as a subject after his father destroys the Odysseus to prevent it attacking the newly established colony.
